Terms of Service

By accessing or using RotaZen ("the Service"), operated by ElizzeTech ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

RotaZen is a shift scheduling and workforce management platform that allows managers to create weekly shift calendars, build reusable templates, manage time-off and shift-swap requests, and detect scheduling conflicts.

We offer a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. After the trial, paid subscription plans are available. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity under your account.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe, our payment processor. Prices are listed on the pricing page and may change with notice.

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the settings page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds are issued at our discretion for billing errors. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at support@ElizzeTech.app within 30 days.

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

Upload or store content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes on others' rights.

Attempt to access data belonging to other users or companies.

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service.

Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service without our permission.

Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service or its servers.

You retain ownership of all scheduling data, employee information, and other content you upload to the Service. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to store and process any personal data you upload, including employee names and contact details, in compliance with applicable privacy laws.

The Service, including its design, features, and branding, is the intellectual property of ElizzeTech. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

RotaZen, ElizzeTech, and associated logos are trademarks of ElizzeTech. All other trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of schedules and staffing decisions made using the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ElizzeTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ElizzeTech and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

You may terminate your account at any time from the settings page. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if your account is inactive for an extended period.

Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days to allow for recovery, then permanently deleted. Billing records may be retained as required by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
